Thomas joined Barings ABF Australia (formerly Gryphon Capital Investments) in November 2021 as a Database Analyst. Thomas is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the Gryphon applications and databases, which support the day-to-day operations of the Quantitative Analytics team. Thomas has more than 7 years’ experience in Data Analytics. Before joining the firm, Thomas spent 3 years with ReAssure Limited. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science from Southampton Solent University.
