Kurt joined Barings ABF Australia (formerly Gryphon Capital Investments) in 2024 as an Operations Analyst. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations for each of firm's mandates including the listed and unlisted funds. Kurt has more than 13 years’ experience in financial services, with exposure to banking, wealth management and fixed income markets. Before joining the firm, Kurt spent 4 years with Income Asset Management Group Ltd as a Senior Manager in Investment Operations where he aided the establishment of the operations team to support the launch of the fixed income trading platform. Prior to this he worked in various roles, including a role at FIIG Securities Limited as a Senior Operations Analyst. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Commerce, double major (Accounting and Financial Planning) from Griffith University.
