Declan joined Barings ABF Australia (formerly Gryphon Capital Investments) in October 2025 as a Junior Analyst. As a recent graduate, Declan is responsible for running daily and monthly processes using various portfolio applications, preparing monthly investment performance metrics, and handling data requests by retrieving, collating, and analysing information. In addition, Declan supports a broad range of portfolio management activities in collaboration with the Investment Team. Declan holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
