Arman started with Barings ABF Australia (formerly Gryphon Capital Investments) in January 2026 as a Junior Analyst. Arman is responsible for running daily and monthly processes using various portfolio applications, preparing monthly investment performance metrics, and handling data requests by retrieving, collating, and analysing information. In addition, Arman supports a broad range of portfolio management activities in collaboration with the Investment Team. Before joining the firm, Arman spent a year with Pinnacle Investment Management as an Analyst. Arman holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
