Anthony Cormack is a Director and Portfolio Manager within Barings' Asset-Based Finance platform in Australia (formerly Gryphon Capital Investments) and a member on the investment committee. Based in Sydney, he is responsible for portfolio management activities across the platform and works closely with the broader investment team to support investment outcomes and the continued growth of the business.
Prior to joining Barings in June 2026, Anthony was a Portfolio Manager at Realm Investment House, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and monitoring private and public asset-based finance transactions across Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Adelaide.
